Job description

Medway Air Ambulance is searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Aircraft Maintenance Controller for their operation in Lawrenceville, GA. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all aircraft maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures. They will work with maintenance personnel to troubleshoot and resolve issues, provide technical support, and ensure all maintenance tasks are completed on time while ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of the company's Part 135 charter fleet.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide maintenance coordination and oversight for the Part 135 Charter Fleet.
2. Support flight crews with on-the-road maintenance needs and solutions.
3. Communicate with maintenance vendors remotely to facilitate the swift return of aircraft to service.
4. Assist the Director of Maintenance in scheduling and planning maintenance activities.
5. Conduct onsite and remote vendor audits to ensure compliance and quality standards.

Skills and Attributes:

1. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. High level of organization and time management skills.

Requirements:

1. A P License.
2. Experience with Part 135 Charter Operators is required.
3. Previous Maintenance Controller experience is preferred but not required.
4. Experience with Lear Jet aircraft is highly preferred but not required.
5. Familiarity with aviation software is preferred but not required.
6. Strong ability to multi-task, collect and organize data, define problems, and provide detailed and timely reports.
