Job Title: Marketing Specialist / Client Manager (Part-Time)

Location: Remote with occasional on-site time in the Chehalis-Centralia area.

Hours: 10 hours per week (with growth plan)

Compensation: $21-$24/hour DOE, growth opportunities and PT benefits available

Growth Opportunity: 90-day performance review with potential wage and hour increase

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Specialist / Client Manager (a.k.a. Client Hype Master & Marketing Connoisseur) to join our team on a part-time basis to start. This individual will play a key role in co-managing 2-4 client accounts and helping us market our business so we can reach more! Your schedule will be approximately 80% client deliverables and 20% marketing & outreach, and as the company grows, so will you. We provide on-the-job training, we celebrate each other’s wins every week and we are working hard to build a successful business with thriving employees and a strong community connection. The ideal candidate is accountable, highly organized, skilled in social media management, and eager to collaborate, whether it’s with clients, team members, or community partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage social media content for clients and Pivot Content Marketing across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others as needed.
  • Meta Ad Management: Utilize your knowledge of Meta ad campaigns to manage and analyze their performance effectively
  • Client Management: Act as a primary point of contact for 2-4 client accounts, overseeing their marketing plans and ensuring their marketing goals are met. Provide excellent communication and support.
  • Content Strategy & Execution: Assist in developing content strategies, researching industry trends, and crafting engaging posts, blogs, and/or promotional materials as needed.
  • Collaborate with Content Team: Work with our remote client manager/web content specialist to complete deliverables. Coordinate with subcontractors as needed. As we expand, you will help onboard new clients and team members.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on social media engagement, campaign performance, and KPIs for both client accounts and internal goals.
  • Business Marketing & Growth: Support efforts to attract and onboard new clients by contributing to Pivot Content Marketing’s marketing initiatives, including outreach, networking, and content promotion.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms
  • 2+ years of experience with Adobe suite, Microsoft, Google apps, and Canva
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering marketing strategies
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities
  • Comfortable collaborating with a team and communicating as challenges arise
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms
  • A passion for digital marketing, storytelling, and helping organizations grow
  • Additional skills, education, or experience in photography, videography, social media strategy, communications, web dev, writing, or other related fields strongly preferred
