Join to apply for the Client Manager role at TrueCommerce.

This role focuses on the retention and growth of existing TrueCommerce Mid-Market clients. You will have expertise in customer satisfaction and retention, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and business value. The position involves proactively growing and retaining relationships with existing customers in the Mid-Market space. A Client Manager must be confident, detail-oriented, and hardworking, with strong interpersonal communication, empathy, self-confidence, and a customer-oriented mindset. Join our growing Sales team!

This is a FULLY REMOTE ROLE.

Responsibilities
  1. Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas, including Bookings (upsell) and Net Retention targets.
  2. Develop trust relationships with a book of mid-tier customers to prevent churn.
  3. Proactively contact current customers to discuss improvements beneficial to them.
  4. Respond promptly to customer requests via email and tasks.
  5. Maintain high opportunity follow-up to ensure all opportunities are updated.
  6. Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for the customer internally and externally.
  7. Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust.
  8. Update TrueCommerce CRM with notes and activities.
  9. Attend department meetings and educational activities to stay informed on industry developments.
Requirements for Success
  1. 3-5 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience with existing customers.
  2. Genuine desire to build relationships with customers.
  3. Proven overperformance in exceeding retention and sales quotas.
  4. Enjoy proactive outreach and solution selling.
  5. Strong technical aptitude.
  6. Excellent phone, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to build client rapport.
  8. Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  9. Working knowledge of EDI is helpful.
  10. Willingness to work beyond normal hours when needed.
Education
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
