Position Overview
The Enterprise Pharmacy Client Manager role will have responsibilities for within the Account Management Teams, accounting and wholesale customers. Under the general direction of the Sr. Manager of Enterprise Pharmacy, delivers on the company’s value proposition to its clients and the team(s). This role cultivates and maintains on-going projects and must be able to multi-task.
Ideal candidates will be detailed oriented, proactive, solution oriented and has critical thinking skills. In addition, this candidate will have account management skills; client support, customer service, improve processes and/or efficiencies. They will be able to work with minimal supervision and go above and beyond to support account management teams as well as external customers.
We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager individual that is passionate for customer impact is to drive to lead and grow. You will have a diverse customer base to help achieve measurable success. Your work will impact our large client base.
Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts and customers assigned within region
• Ability to deliver timely communication to customers
• Customer focused and attentive to customer support tickets
• Ability to multi-task managing multiple projects
• Answer customer calls and ability to navigate support que calls
• Collaborates and supports other teams as needed
• Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement and problem solving
• Ability to ticket management and support daily
• Manages pharmacy terminations process and tasks timely, if needed
• Updates and manages CRM communication updates, per PharmaForce standard operating processes
• Performs other duties, as assigned.
• Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in by PharmaForce, Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
Qualifications
Required
Ability to problem solving, detail oriented, collaborate with multiple parties to resolve issues, customer service, or client support role; knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program. Basic computer skills; advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; problem solving skills; able to collaborate cross-functionally; experience working within a team. 2 plus years previous experience as a 340B Pharmacy Account Manager
Education/Learning Experience
• Desired: Licensed Pharmacy Technician
• Desired: related experience in 340B, healthcare setting and pharmacy industry.
Skills/Knowledge:
• Required: Ability to problem solving, detail oriented, collaborate with multiple parties to resolve issues, customer service, or client support role; knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program. Basic computer skills; advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; problem solving skills; able to collaborate cross-functionally; experience working within a team.
• Desired: Previous experience in 340B, healthcare setting and pharmacy industry, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once.
