Collins Aerospace is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager in Everett, WA, onsite. You will lead a team of experienced Systems Engineers and own requirements for aircraft interior products, ensuring safety, reliability and regulatory compliance throughout development.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration with design, manufacturing, supply chain and customers, managing risks, and pushing process improvements.

Qualifications

• STEM degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of system engineering experience.
• Experience with requirements management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing systems engineering team.
• Own system-level requirements development, flow‑down, verification and validation for galley, lavatory and cabin interior products.
• Ensure architectures meet performance, safety, reliability and regulatory needs.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration with design, manufacturing, supply chain, PM and OEMs.
• Manage system-level risk, mitigation and change control.
• Champion systems engineering processes and continuous improvement.
• Support aircraft-level integration including electrical, structural and environmental interfaces.
• Drive FAA/EASA certification alignment (e.g., Part 25, DO-160, DO-178/254).
