Job summary

Wencor Group LLC in Temecula, CA is seeking a Technician I to perform a variety of aircraft component repair processes under supervision, in accordance with approved documentation, FAA regulations, and PHS/MWA procedures.

The role requires basic electrical or mechanical knowledge, the ability to follow detailed methods, maintain training records, keep the work area clean, safely use typical repair tools, and communicate effectively under guidance. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some mechanical/electrical/repair experience preferred.
• Basic electrical and/or mechanical knowledge; willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document part maintenance functions under guidance, including disassembly, cleaning, inspections, and testing.
• Order required parts and assist with tooling as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold safety policies.
• Document training records when OJT training is initiated and upon proficiency completion.
• Adhere to approved documentation, procedures, and FAA regulations.
