Team JAS, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Electrical Component Technician to join our MRO team, performing troubleshooting, testing, modification and repair of aircraft electrical and electronic components.

You will use hand tools, test equipment, wiring diagrams, and manuals, document work and materials, and ensure compliance with FAA requirements while growing technical skills in aviation MRO. We provide industry-specific training for the right candidate with a solid technical

Qualifications

Strong electrical or electronics troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics and technical manuals.
Experience with hand tools and electronic test equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, test, modify, and repair aircraft electrical/electronic components.
Use hand tools, test equipment, and manuals to identify and fix issues.
Read and interpret Component Maintenance Manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics.
Document repair activity, material usage, and logs accurately in company systems.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe condition.
