Job summary

Dnata is seeking a Ground Service Agent Supervisor in Orlando, FL to lead a team of 5–10 agents who guide, load, and unload aircraft safely and efficiently. You will ensure on-time performance and coordinate with flight crews and ground personnel to maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities include supervising ramp activities, operating ground support equipment, and enforcing safety policies while meeting FAA and airport regulations.

Qualifications

• Must pass SIDA airport and training tests.
• Must have a valid state driver's license and FAA/Airport IDs.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• 1-2 years Ground Service Agent or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 5 to 10 agents responsible for loading/unloading aircraft.
• Direct inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Oversee loading of bags and cargo and operate ground support equipment.
• Maintain safety and security on the ramp and enforce procedures.
• Coordinate with ground personnel and flight crews to ensure on-time performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
