Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a dnata Ground Service Agent Supervisor to lead a team responsible for loading and unloading aircraft safely and efficiently. You will guide inbound and outbound flights, coordinate ground operations at the gate, and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising 5–10 agents, operating ground support equipment, and maintaining clear communication with flight crews and other departments to ensure on-time performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years Ground Service Agent or supervisory experience.
• Valid state driver’s license and required airport identifications.
• Ability to pass SIDA airport training and tests.
• Read and interpret load sheets, baggage tags, and cargo labels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 5–10 agents responsible for aircraft loading/unloading.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound aircraft movements to the gate.
• Operate ground support equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure safety policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews.
• Collaborate with other departments to support on-time flights.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
