• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Project; able to navigate ERP systems.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and attention to detail; able to multi-task and type.

Responsibilities

• Audit maintenance documentation and enter data accurately.
• Scan audited work packages and create repair station records.
• Attach material certificates to work cards and file documents.
• Coordinate with Planning to add items to work scope; include engineering items and after-hours changes.
• Provide shift turnover and update reports; highlight pending actions.
• Ship completed work packages to customers and upload to customer portals.
