Job summary

ProLog, Inc. is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Production Control Clerk to support the FRCSE Jacksonville Production Support Services contract in NAS Jacksonville, FL.

You will compile, record, and analyze production data to track key metrics such as volume, material usage, and quality control in a dynamic industrial setting. Key responsibilities include generating production reports, maintaining document files, coordinating material inventory, and ensuring personnel follow established

Qualifications

• Experience in Naval Aviation maintenance control or production control.
• Experience with Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS) and/or Optimized-Organizational Maintenance Activity (OOMA).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Compiles and records production data from orders, tickets, and specs.
• Calculates production metrics (quantities produced, materials used, scrap rate, defect rate).
• Prepares comprehensive production reports per established formats.
• Maintains organized files for production control documents.
• Creates detailed production sheets/work tickets for assembly or manufacture.
• Develops written work schedules based on guidelines and priorities.
• Manages material inventory records and procurement requisitions.
• Maintains aircraft and engine logbooks and AESRs per NAV instr.
• Provides data analysis and reports to validate the Maintenance Plan using MRPII, MAXIMO, and visibility databases.
• Receives, stores, issues, and inventories conditioned material; ensures accuracy of parts and serial numbers.
• Coordinates in-plant transfers of materials to meet schedules.
• Expedites material flow between maintenance departments.
• Manages requests for components, kits, and materials via phone/email/Callboard.
