Job summary

Vectrus, Inc. is seeking a Production Control Clerk to support aircraft maintenance, modification, and FAA Repair Station programs. Responsibilities include processing and issuing maintenance documents, data entry in SAP, and maintaining electronic and paper records.

The role requires aviation clerical experience, high organization, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment with flexibility for various shifts. U.S. citizenship and DoD clearance eligibility are noted requirements.

Qualifications

• Two years aviation clerical experience or depot level production control experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-workstream environment.
• Highly organized, reliable, and self-directed with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work any shift, overtime, weekends, and flexible hours as required.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
• Ability to obtain U.S. DoD Secret Clearance, if required.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and process maintenance documents for completeness and correctness.
• Initiate and distribute maintenance documents for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Maintain and track aircraft maintenance documents.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled document inventories.
• Generate maintenance reports for production operations.
• Input maintenance actions into SAP and backfit data as needed.
• Maintain, transcribe, and file maintenance documentation and correspondence.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance on maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional work between team members and departments.
• Files completed maintenance documentation as required.
• Distributes maintenance forms per procedures.
• Prepare typed or computer-generated correspondence reports.
• Perform other duties and support projects as assigned.
