Aviation Service Partners in Albertville, Alabama is seeking an experienced Planning & Production Controller to coordinate aircraft maintenance planning, production control, technical documentation, materials, and customer requirements.

This role serves as a central point between Production, Technical Services, Quality, Materials, Purchasing, and Customer Representatives to ensure work packages stay compliant and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft maintenance planning, production control, work control, technical records, or maintenance coordination.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to meet aircraft schedules and customer requirements.
• Strong understanding of aviation maintenance documentation practices and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aircraft maintenance planning from initial scheduling through final documentation and customer review.
• Monitor schedules, inspections, and storage checks to ensure timely completion.
• Issue paperwork for inspections and storage checks; plan heavier maintenance to minimize delays.
• Maintain and manage routine/non-routine task logs and sequence numbers; track status.
• Review completed maintenance paperwork for CAMO orders and approvals; ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with Materials/Purchasing to ensure parts and tools availability for scheduled maintenance.
• Generate and distribute daily status reports; communicate updates to stakeholders.
