Job summary

V2X in Pensacola, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Production Control Clerk to support the Production Control Work Center. You will issue, process, and screen Maintenance Action Forms (MAFs) and maintain related records using Navy procedures and our contract requirements.

Responsibilities include entering data in NALCOMIS and related systems, generating workload reports, and coordinating with maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of the U.S. Armed Forces IMA Production Control Course (C-555-0043).
• Two years of experience in Intermediate Level Production Control, including one year of specialized NALCOMIS experience.
• CNATTU Aeronautical Technical Publications Library Management course (C-555-0007) preferred but not required.
• Valid state operator's license and ability to pass DoD licensing requirements for SE operation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD CAC (Common Access Card).
• Willingness to work weekends, alternate shifts, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain working knowledge of COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 series and related manuals.
• Screen and induct VIDS/MAFs for completeness and correctness per Navy and company instructions.
• Assign Job Control Numbers (JCNs) and verify log set transfers in OOMA.
• Initiate VIDS/MAFs, work requests, and provide workload reports to productions.
• Maintain SE History records and generate NALCOMIS/SESS availability reports.
• Schedule components/equipment for maintenance and calibration as directed.
• Input maintenance actions into NALCOMIS and maintain maintenance documentation.
• Provide guidance on maintenance documentation and ensure safety data sheets are accessible.
