Job summary

RTX is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to be the focal point for ensuring customer satisfaction for units repaired within the supplier network. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Management, Finance, and technical teams to drive service levels and act as the owner for issues the customer may experience.

The role emphasizes SAP order management, communication, and data analysis to support timely delivery and contract compliance. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• SAP experience and data-driven approach are required.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the focal point for ensuring customer satisfaction for units repaired within the supplier network.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Management, Finance and technical teams to drive service levels.
• Own issues the customer may experience during the process and provide timely resolutions.
• Manage sales orders in SAP including account financials in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Coordinate between Supplier Team and Fleet Management to ensure delivery performance.
• Travel up to 5%.
