RTX, the world\'s largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Supplier Quality & Development Professional to drive supplier qualification, monitoring, and corrective actions. You will lead prevention, escalation, and root-cause analysis using tools like 8D, PFMEA, and MSA to bolster supplier performance.

You will coordinate with RTX on GSQ initiatives, PPAP acceptance, and supplier onboarding while ensuring alignment with contract requirements and quality systems.

• Proven experience in supplier quality management and development.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable to ensure Business Continuity management methodology deployment at RTX suppliers.
• Establish projects to secure sustainability of quality and supplier performance targets.
• Provide VoC to challenge supplier cultures/competencies.
• Identify supplier weaknesses, capabilities and improvements to enhance supply chain maturity.
• Deploy quality tools and lead initiatives for rapid recovery and continuous improvement.
• Communicate recovery plans to stakeholders and customers.
• Drive supplier transformation projects to meet RTX expectations.
• Support strategic sourcing by contributing to supplier reviews and strategies.
• Develop quality mindset and preventive KPIs to anticipate issues.
• May manage moderately sized projects or processes.
• Act as a subject-matter expert in supplier quality.
