Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Legal, Business, or related field.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contractual instruments.
• Knowledge of contract laws and ability to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contract requests, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Draft and negotiate contractual instruments.
• Proofread, edit, and fact-check contractual documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Communicate contract policy and practice to internal teams.
• Ensure contract review, approval, and execution per guidelines.
• Prepare and administer routine correspondence, deposits, and contract documentation.
• Maintain contract records and files documenting performance and compliance.
• Support contract audits and analyze contracting trends.
• Perform contract closeout activities.
