Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM), or Certified Commercial Contract Manager (CCCM) a plus.
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer interface for contractual matters across all phases.
• Review terms to identify risk and mitigation strategies (IP, delivery, termination, etc.).
• Lead bid/no-bid decisions, guide proposal development, and support audits.
• Manage various contracts (government/commercial, domestic/international) and modifications.
• Coordinate contract change management and resolve issues with internal/external partners.
• Oversee closing out completed contracts and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Collaborate with Legal to address legal significance and interpret terms.
