Responsibilities

• Analyzes contract requests, provisions, and terms to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Drafts and negotiates contractual instruments.
• Proofreads, edits, and fact-checks contractual documents for accuracy.
• Communicates contract policy to internal teams and ensures timely execution.
• Maintains contract records and supports contract audits and trends.
• Administers domestic and international contracts from order through delivery.
• Interfaces with customers, legal, and regulatory teams to resolve issues.
• Periodic travel to Independence, KS may be required.
