Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years composites experience.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work overhead.
• Ability to obtain Government Secret or Top-Secret clearance.
• Pass New Hire Physical and ASTAR training.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Bond composites, metals, and laminates into assemblies.
• Lay out parts and cut to size.
• Operate autoclave, presses and ovens for bonding.
• Monitor heat, pressure, timing and verify quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
