Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years in structures/composites.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government Secret clearance and pass ASTAR training.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints.
• Lay out articles and apply bonding agents.
• Manage ply orientations and vacuum bagging.
• Operate autoclave, hydraulic presses, ovens for bonding.
• Control heat, pressure, timing per specs.
• Sand, burs, seal resin on edges.
• Repair bonded products per instructions.
• Monitor quality of finished product.
