Job summary

INDUS Technology, Inc. in Norfolk, VA, seeks a CVN C5I Modernization Specialist to support CNAL’s Future Readiness Officer on combat systems engineering and ship integration aboard U.S. Navy carriers.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will assist in developing design and modernization plans for C5I systems, analyze Ship Change Documents, and coordinate with Navy and industry partners. This contingent role requires 10+ years in C5I on carriers, an active secret clearance, strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Active secret clearance required.
• HS Diploma required.
• 10+ years experience in C5I on aircraft carriers.
• Extensive experience with Navy Data Environment (NDE) and Ship Change Documents (SCD).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing CVN design and modernization plans for C5I systems.
• Analyze Ship Change Documents and ensure proper submission in NDE.
• Develop recommended change packages aligning CNAF priorities.
• Provide cost-benefit input for ship change documents.
• Attend meetings with Modernization Engineer/Manager and stakeholders.
• Draft reports and brief CNAF policy issues in MS Office format.
