Qualifications

• Active secret clearance required.
• HS Diploma required.
• 10+ years experience with Navy Data Environment (NDE) NM and EP modules for Ship Change Documents.
• 5+ years experience reviewing SCDs for aircraft carriers.
• 5+ years experience reviewing long-range modernization plans and schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Travel ~25% required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Identify new SCDs in pending submission queue and notify leads.
• Create file folders and checklists for each new SCD.
• Coordinate with Technical Reviewer assignments and routing.
• Review incoming Ship Change Documents for technical issues and route for review.
• Review alteration requests and collect comments for technical review.
• Maintain tracking system for alteration requests and timely responses.
• Attend Fleet Modernization Program meetings as directed.
• Assist in preparation for all FMP meetings.
• Maintain liaison with staff codes on SCD installation matters.
• Coordinate programming inputs and provide technical info for FMP staff.
