Job summary

Metrea is seeking a Development Lead with deep experience in Airborne ISR to design and deliver elegant solutions for government partners. You will evaluate manned and unmanned platforms, sensors, and communications while collaborating with Cyber, EW, and Simulation teams to turn concepts into deployable capabilities.

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of Air domain sensors and capabilities for manned and unmanned platforms.
• Experience delivering Air domain solutions to national security partners.
• Experience leading complex Air domain bids and generating bid content.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with government partners to understand wicked ISR problems.
• Identify market demand and lead bid activity to generate proposals.
• Collaborate with core and support groups to design, develop, and deliver solutions for government partners.
• Evaluate manned and unmanned platforms, sensors, and communications for ISR solutions.
• Work with industry to identify future technology and potential partners.
• Turn prospects into programs by coordinating with program managers to evolve services.
