Job summary

Metrea seeks a highly experienced Senior ISR Program Manager to lead and support complex ISR operations. The ideal candidate will command manned airborne ISR programs and understand U.S. government contracting processes across domestic and austere international environments.

You will plan, execute, and manage programs, coordinating with government and industry stakeholders, while ensuring schedules, budgets, and deliverables align with contract requirements. Strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience in manned airborne ISR operations management.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. government contracting and acquisition processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
• Experience with ISR deployment stand-ups and spoke operations.
• Familiarity with operational planning tools and mission management systems.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• PMP and/or DAU certification (waived with experience on a case-by-case basis).

Responsibilities

• Lead ISR program planning and execution, including deployment stand-ups and spoke operations.
• Coordinate with government and industry stakeholders to ensure mission success.
• Manage program schedules, budgets, and deliverables in line with contract requirements.
• Support proposal development and contract modifications.
• Oversee operational readiness and sustainment of ISR platforms.
• Travel CONUS 50% as required.
