Jobot is seeking an Air Import & Export Specialist to manage the end-to-end movement of shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with CBP, FMC, and other regulators.

Based in Atlanta, GA, this role requires strong organization, communication, and proficiency with MS Office; salary range is $60,000–$75,000 plus benefits and a collaborative culture.

Responsabilidades

• Shipment Delivery on time per customer's request.
• Coordinate full-cycle of air import and export shipments from origin country to final destinations
• Prepare and review documentation for customs clearance
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FMC, and other regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with carriers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal departments
• Track, trace, and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processing
• Issue delivery orders and coordinate final-mile delivery with trucking companies
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in the internal system
