Jobot is seeking an Import Specialist with CargoWise experience to manage ocean and air import shipments from origin to final destinations. You will prepare import documentation, ensure CBP compliance, and coordinate with carriers, brokers, and internal teams.

• Issue delivery orders and coordinate final-mile delivery with trucking companies.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in internal system.

• Maintain accurate records and data entry in the internal system

Qualifications

• Experience in ocean or air import operations or international freight forwarding preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
