Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Air Import & Export Specialist in Atlanta, GA to manage end-to-end air shipments, prepare customs documentation, and ensure CBP compliance. You’ll coordinate with carriers and brokers to meet delivery timelines and maintain records in the internal system.

The role requires experience in air import/export or international freight forwarding, plus strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Shipment Delivery on time per customer's request.
• Coordinate full-cycle of air import and export shipments from origin country to final destinations
• Prepare and review documentation for customs clearance
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FMC, and other regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with carriers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal departments
• Track, trace, and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processing
• Issue delivery orders and coordinate final-mile delivery with trucking companies
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in the internal system
