Qualifications

• Experience in import/export air freight operations.
• Ability to prepare and review shipping documents (air waybills, invoices, packing lists).
• Comfort coordinating with airlines, ground handlers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Process import and export air freight shipments from booking through final delivery.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation, including air waybills, invoices, packing lists, and customs documents.
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, trucking partners, overseas agents, and customers to track shipments and resolve issues.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipment status and exceptions.
• Enter and update shipment data in the transportation management system.
• Support TSA, IATA compliance and recordkeeping requirements.
