Job Summary

We are seeking an Import/Export Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This role is ideal for a logistics professional with 3-5 years of import/export administration experience who is ready to manage international shipments from origin to final U.S. destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of ocean and air shipments from foreign origin points to U.S. destinations, managing each shipment from start to finish.
• Receive, review, process, and maintain import documentation, including bills of lading, in-bond documents, arrival notices, delivery orders, freight releases, and agency documents.
• Track and trace FCL and LCL cargo shipments while providing timely updates to customers, vendors, carriers, and overseas offices.
• Coordinate inland transportation and door deliveries with customers, freight forwarders, trucking companies, and international carriers.
• Process vendor invoices and payables accurately and on time to support month-end deadlines.
• Maintain complete import records and support compliance with domestic and foreign regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.
