Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. seeks an Air Operations Command and Control (C2) Test Engineer for the 96th Cyberspace Test Group at Eglin AFB, FL.

You will lead end-to-end DT&E efforts for the AOC Weapon System, coordinating with PMOs, contractors, and engineers to drive test strategies, plans, and reports. Responsibilities include data analysis, verifying system requirements, and providing hands-on testing across on-premises and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 3 years' relevant experience.
• Associate degree + 4 years experience; or 8 years’ experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience with Air Operations Center (AOC) processes in SRD, CPD, or COD.
• Understanding of JAOP/AOD/JIPTL/MAAP/ATO/ACO/OPTASKLINK/SPINS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; MS Office proficiency.
• Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end DT&E for the AOC Weapon System.
• Develop test strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Execute DT/OT and risk reduction activities.
• Produce detailed findings reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with PMOs, contractors, and senior engineers.
• Travel to developer and operational locations for hands-on testing.
