Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior-Level Test Engineer to support test events and campaigns for space command and control systems for STARCOM and USSF. You will help develop Operational Test products, design scenarios, and coordinate resources to maximize realism across ground, on-orbit, and command-and-control environments.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, a technical engineering degree with 8+ years (or a related master's with 10+ years), and an active Top Secret clearance with ability

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• B.S. degree with 8+ years in space/missile defense systems or M.S. with 10+ years of experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance required to start with ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in development of Test and Evaluation products including TES, TEMP, Test Campaign Plans, Test Event Plans, and Test Reports.
• Support operational test design, execution, analysis and reporting for performance, survivability and suitability.
• Work within a small team of test engineers, operations research analysts, tool developers and technical writers to plan, execute and document tests.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related scientific field

Master's degree in technical/engineering discipline
