Job summary
Noatum Logistics, a global leader in supply chain and freight forwarding, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Kansas City and Overland Park market. You will expand our international Air & Ocean Freight Forwarding business, cultivate new client relationships, and present value-added logistics solutions.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in international freight forwarding (3PL), a proven track record in new business development, and strong negotiation and communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in international freight forwarding (3PL).
- Proven success in new business development and account growth.
- Strong knowledge of air freight, ocean freight and supply chain management solutions.
- Experience selling customs brokerage, warehousing, vendor management and transportation solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with strong closing abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth in the Kansas City and Overland Park market.
