Job summary

Buckland is seeking an organized logistics professional to coordinate documentation and clearance processes for air and ocean shipments in the United States. You will monitor shipments after clearance, work with forwarders, ensure PODs, and handle expediting and billing while maintaining efficient department processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service to clients.
• Responsible for all Import of Air & Ocean shipments.
• Work with forwarders on daily basis.
• Ensure POD is supplied.
• Expediting and tracing as required.
• Determination of profit levels and billing.
• Process required customs documentation.
• Development, implementation, and maintenance of department processes.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
