Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified RN, Paramedic, or RRT with 3–5 years current air medical flight experience.
• Knowledgeable of EHR and charting requirements.
• Detail-oriented with ability to collect, analyze, and report data.
• Proficient in group educational presentations and clear communication.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office, Excel.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• This position is designated Safety Sensitive under the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act.

Responsibilities

• Assist with PFS review and documentation to expedite billing.
• Educate and onboard new/current employees on proper documentation in the EHR.
• Collect, analyze, and report clinical data; QA/QI support.
• Support Communications Center with clinical questions as needed.
• Assist with Clinical Quality Improvement activities.
• Ensure Safety Management System activities are applied by staff.
• Promote PHI Health Destination Zero initiative.
