Job summary

PHI Health is seeking a Coordinator, Clinical Services in Tempe, AZ to serve as a clinical resource supporting billing through the EHR, and to educate staff on proper documentation. You will interact with clinical and management teams to facilitate addendums and supporting records.

The ideal candidate is a certified RN, Paramedic, or RRT with 3–5 years of air medical flight experience, proficient in EHR use, data collection, and MS Office, and capable of leading group presentations.

Qualifications

• Certified RN, Paramedic, or RRT with 3–5 years current air medical flight experience.
• Knowledgeable of EHR and charting requirements.
• Detail-oriented with ability to analyze and report data.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical data collection, data analysis, and QA/QI reporting.
• Provide education to new and current employees on documentation in the EHR.
• Support the Communications Department with clinical questions as needed.
• Collaborate with Manager, Clinical Quality on quality improvement activities.
• Ensure Safety Management System practices are applied by PHI AMG staff.
