• Proficient in group educational presentations and clear communication.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office, Excel databases.

Aufgaben

• Assist PFS review table and actions to gain additional documentation.
• Educate new/current employees on proper documentation in the EHR.
• Contribute to clinical data collection, data analysis, and QA/QI reporting.
• Support Communications Center with clinical guidance on transport questions.
• Assist Manager, Clinical Quality with Clinical Quality Improvement activities.
