Kuehne+Nagel is hiring for an Air Logistics Revenue Care Specialist who will perform RCC tasks, ensure data quality, and support automation initiatives. The role focuses on delivering accurate invoicing, monitoring GP expectations, and solving problems with first-time-right mindset.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. The position involves coordinating with OCC, CCL, and GS RCC teams, and contributes to process improvements across air logistics

Formación

• 2- or 4-year degree in accounting/finance/logistics or related field.
• Experience with accounting systems preferred.
• Knowledge of incoterms and import procedures preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee RCC tasks via BPA to ensure data quality and timeliness.
• Handle daily FSL activities including month-end closing.
• Lead resolution of CASS challenges and drive process improvements.
• Drive automation improvements such as semi-invoice automation and FSL auto file closing.
• Maintain close communication with GS RCC, CCL and OCC.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Care on credit limit adjustments.
