Qualifications

• 2 or 4 year college degree (preferably in accounting / finance, logistics or other business related major) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience / knowledge with accounting systems preferred but not required
• Working knowledge of incoterms and import procedures preferred but not required
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Perform RCC tasks such as invoicing, confirm expected GP, FSL, Supplier Invoice Acknowledgment, focusing on data quality accuracy
• Maintain a process and system-driven mindset ensuring that all working instructions are followed
• Identify process deviations and improvement areas and work with the RCC Management team
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales and Customer Care) on credit limit adjustments
