Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an Operational Care Specialist within the Freight Forwarding team. You will coordinate shipments, secure capacity, and ensure timely bookings with partners and gateways to meet customer transit times.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments to meet delivery times and customer requirements.
• Communicate with stakeholders according to defined processes.
• Monitor shipments and update KN systems, including costs.
• Review routing, TT, and regulatory requirements for discrepancies.
• Escalate problems or disputes to supervisors.
• Collaborate with partners, gateway, warehouse, customs, RCC and external parties.
• Monitor carrier performance and drive improvements.
• Assist process optimization and automation initiatives.
• Support account implementation with Sales and Customer Care teams.
