Responsibilities

Coordinate air export/import operations accurately and on time.
Proactively communicate with customers, origin points, carriers, and offices to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor shipments from booking to departure and handoff with timely updates and documentation.
Prepare and validate export documents to ensure compliance with trade rules and regulations.
Resolve routing, schedules, documentation, and regulatory issues and escalate delays when needed.
