Job summary

A.P. Moller - Maersk is seeking a focused professional for front-line Air Operations in North America.

You will be the primary contact for customers and internal teams, delivering superior service, driving end-to-end shipment execution, and proactively addressing issues to uphold performance and relationships. Responsibilities include collaboration with warehouses, commercial, product, and global centers, plus identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring adherence to standards and regulatory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience with Airfreight process knowledge.
• Customer centricity, composure and perseverance.
• Collaborative problem solving and excellent communication.
• Operational system knowledge and strong interpersonal skills.
• English language proficiency (written and spoken); MS Office proficiency.
• CargoWise experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship: be the point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Customer Experience: proactively serve customers to deliver best-in-class service.
• Process Execution: ensure smooth end-to-end shipment with internal teams.
• Standard Adherence: follow processes and KPIs; ensure compliance.
• Business growth: identify and execute upselling opportunities.
• Proactive Communication: communicate with all stakeholders in a proactive, professional manner.
• Internal Stakeholder Focus: collaborate with Warehouses, Commercial, Product, and Global Service Centres.
• Support Processes of other groups and perform additional duties as needed.
