Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Partner to support a rapidly growing global customer with time-sensitive air freight needs. You will coordinate between the customer, operations, and global stakeholders to ensure outstanding service delivery in a fast-paced, highly manual environment.

The role requires exceptional communication, strong prioritization, and the ability to work across multiple time zones with global teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, supply chain, or customer operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer operations and ensure execution against service levels and KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams.
• Act as primary escalation point for operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with global teams across multiple time zones to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Proactively manage air freight movements and operational exceptions.
• Maintain procedures, work instructions, and performance reporting.
