Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in foreign trade is preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of industry-specific experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team.
• Hands-on knowledge of Air shipment operations.
• IATA Certification is preferred.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day Operations to ensure flawless execution and drive efficiency and growth.
• Supervise capacity planning and staffing, ensuring compliant and timely performance.
• Mentor staff, conduct regular coaching, and develop PDPs for talent.
• Manage billing processes, ensure accuracy and timely invoicing, and monitor profitability.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure proper documentation, codes, and event logging.
• Foster high levels of compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to optimize systems and tools for performance.
