Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in foreign trade or equivalent preferred.
• 4+ years of industry-specific experience.
• 2+ years leading a team.
• Hands-on knowledge of Air shipment operations.
• Global logistics industry knowledge.
• Exhibit leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to ensure flawless execution and growth.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee staffing, training, and coverage for peak periods.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with Compliance and other departments to improve processes.
• Assist with financial growth and cost-saving initiatives.
