Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume import transactions and freight data processing.
• Familiarity with hazmat regulations (IATA, CFR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track cargo arrival and update FMS milestones per guidelines.
• Process import transactions: booking, billing, classifications, and releases.
• Check warehouse shipments and ensure documents match shipments.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and offices promptly.
• Process bills of lading and assist with delivery orders.
• Ensure hazmat shipments comply with IATA/CFR rules.
