Morrison Express is seeking an experienced Air Export Specialist in California to manage shipments end-to-end, from booking to closure, ensuring accuracy in documentation and billing. You will coordinate with airlines, truckers, and warehouses while maintaining compliance with TSA/IAC and AES/EEI requirements.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in air export or freight forwarding, with CW1 proficiency and strong organizational skills to meet tight deadlines and protect margins.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in air export, freight forwarding, logistics, or international transportation preferred.
• Knowledge of air export operations from booking through billing and file closure.
• Familiarity with AES/EEI filing and export documentation.
• Understanding of TSA/IAC security requirements and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Manage air export shipments from booking through departure, billing, and file closure.
• Open and maintain shipment files accurately in CargoWise (CW1).
• Follow customer SOPs, routing instructions, service requirements, and KPIs.
• Book space with airlines and confirm routing, schedules, rates, and capacity.
