Job summary

Morrison Express in Compton, CA seeks an Air Export Coordinator to manage shipments from booking through departure and billing to file closure. You will open and maintain CW1 shipment files, follow customer SOPs, and coordinate with airlines, truckers, and warehouses to meet service KPIs.

The role requires 2–3 years in air export or freight forwarding, CW1 proficiency, AES/EEI filing, MAWB/HAWB knowledge, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of air export experience preferred.
• Experience with CW1 is highly desired.
• Knowledge of AES/EEI filing and export documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage air export shipments from booking to departure and billing.
• Open and maintain shipment files in CargoWise CW1.
• Prepare HAWB/MAWB and AES/EEI filing.
• Verify invoices and documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate with airlines, trucking vendors, and warehouses.
• Provide proactive shipment status updates and escalate issues.
