Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification; NAACS Certified Flight Communicator (or equivalent) required within 2 years after hire.
• Minimum of 3 years EMS or equivalent communications/dispatch experience; five years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ground and air transports and determine appropriate transport level (BLS/ALS/MICU/air).
• Document clinical information per department standards and maintain patient privacy.
• Maintain knowledge of aviation and ground EMS operations and regulatory requirements.
