Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Minimum 3 years’ external sales experience in International Air Freight.
• Proven ability in persuasive, value-based selling.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written/oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry sales tools.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM and AI-driven sales tools.
• Financial acumen to support value-based sales propositions.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining strategic focus.

Responsibilities

• Pursue and secure new Air Freight SME business in line with objectives.
• Identify customer needs and provide value-based solutions.
• Build understanding of target customers and develop an account base.
• Establish and maintain in-person relationships to be the provider of choice.
• Communicate trends, rate changes, and policies to customers.
• Research and analyze global and local industry trends for Air Freight.
• Maintain CRM records and healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with North America Air Freight Product to grow revenue.
• Partner with capacity and campaign managers to maximize asset utilization.
